Although social media seems so fun, successful social media marketing requires a solid strategy. Therefore, a specialist must have a natural strategic thinking ability and be willing to learn a lot of new things every day. This way, the social media specialist can create a solid strategy together with the social media manager.

- Conduct competitive research and audience identification.
