event production and technical retail industry. Known as “The Trio,” three seasoned professionals have

joined forces to redefine production retail and services across Malaysia and Southeast Asia.

The trio combines decades of experience spanning audio, lighting, and large-scale event operations, bringing together expertise that bridges Retail, Rental, and Agency services.

Industry veteran Mr Ravi, founder of Spectra Sound System, brings more than 30 years of experience in event production. His company has supported high-profile international events, including visits to Malaysia by Prince William, Catherine, Princess of Wales, and former U.S. President Barack Obama, and has been recognized twice by the White House.

Joining him is Lavin, a trained mechatronic engineer who transitioned into event production to pursue her passion for lighting design. She now leads technical lighting projects, bringing engineering precision and creative vision to productions.

Completing the team is Sid, whose technical and operational experience includes major concerts for international artists such as Coldplay, Blackpink, Bruno Mars, Ed Sheeran and more.

Together, the trio now drives the growth of Spectra Sound System, TuneUp Asia, and LightUp Asia,

The group has also secured official dealership rights for global brands including CAF International and other brands, bringing professional production technology to the regional market at more accessible price points.
