1. Showcase Your Strengths  

To create a positive image, do not hesitate to mention your strengths in your PR campaign. This could be an award-winning, successful CSR initiative, media mention, etc. 

It will be a great media mention if it highlights how your brand can overcome potential customer pain points. This will increase your credibility and make your brand trustworthy.
