LAPA is an AI native edtech startup that serves universities and organisations, built around the work people actually have to do. Most AI training creates awareness, not capability, people leave able to define a large language model and go back to their desk unchanged. LAPA is built to close that gap. The ecosystem runs on three connected products. LAPA Assess diagnoses what people can actually do, not what they say they know, contextualised to their role and discipline. The LAPA App is where capability gets built, through short, active lessons and real project work drawn from the learner's own field. LAPA Arena is where that capability gets proven, real briefs, a tight build window, and a pitch judged by peers and experts, with the work left public rather than filed away as a grade. For universities, LAPA embeds inside existing academic verticals and credit-bearing modules rather than sitting beside the curriculum as an add-on. For organisations, it runs as ongoing development infrastructure, assess, build, re-assess, rather than a one-time training event.
