Guided by its founding principle — Building Excellence through Service and Trust — the organization recognizes nurses who demonstrate outstanding clinical competence, ethical integrity, and servant leadership within their teams and communities. Founded and chaired by Guam-based Filipino nurse leader Job Marconi Mascardo, BEST Healthcare Rankings was established as a meaningful initiative led by Overseas Filipinos to give back to the nursing profession in the Philippines. The platform provides merit-based, no-cost recognition through structured, blinded, and evidence-informed evaluation processes designed to uphold fairness, credibility, and transparency.
