Partners for Affordable and Reliable Energy (PARE) is a national, independent consumer coalition advocating for affordable electricity, reliable service, transparent governance, and meaningful consumer participation in the Philippine energy sector. PARE works to strengthen accountability among energy players, regulators, lawmakers, electric cooperatives, and distribution utilities while advancing reforms that place consumers at the center of energy policy and decision-making.
