Luis Cinches Jurado

Luis Cinches Jurado is a 15-year-old competitive swimmer from Tagbilaran City, Bohol. He represents Tagbilaran City and Victoriano D. Tirol Advanced Learning Center in regional competitions. At the 2026 Central Visayas Regional Athletic Association (CVIRAA) Meet, he won seven gold medals across freestyle and relay events, establishing himself as one of the region’s promising young athletes. He trains twice daily while balancing his academic responsibilities, demonstrating discipline and commitment both in and out of the pool. With aspirations to compete at the Palarong Pambansa and represent the Philippines internationally, Jurado continues to develop as a rising talent in Philippine swimming.
