RevComm Hosts MiiTel Connect: Business Community to Optimize AI-based Smart Telephone Systems

Jakarta, 7 June 2023 - RevComm Indonesia hosted MiiTel Connect, an event which brought together a business community consisting of customers and partners to network and discuss strategies for developing businesses with AI-based smart telephone systems.

The event took place at Startup Zone Summitmas 1, South Jakarta, and featured speakers Ahmad Safiyudin, Head of Customer Experience at Astro Technologies Indonesia, and Bernadus Hananto, Head of Customer Success Manager at RevComm Indonesia.

During the event, Ahmad shared his experience in developing Astro as a quick-commerce business, highlighting the optimization of MiiTel, an AI-based smart telephone system used for outbound and inbound customer calls.

According to Ahmad, MiiTel has helped Astro with various existing features, such as the call memo feature to record important messages from customers, predictive dialer for making scheduled calls, and the rallies feature to monitor the level of customer engagement in calls.

Bernadus Hananto, Head of Customer Success Manager at RevComm Indonesia, also explained another feature of MiiTel, "We have made a unique finding through MiiTel, indicating that people prefer to receive calls on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. This finding can be obtained using MiiTel's Heatmap feature, which allows us to identify periods with high pick-up rates." Through these features, MiiTel can enhance productivity for sales, call centers, and overall business performance.
