Everything you need to know about distributing and receiving press releases on VRITIMES.
A press release is a formal written announcement that reports brief but detailed information about an event, a launch, or other significant news. Businesses and organizations use it to announce product launches, achievements, and major events to the media and the public. A good press release is clear, concise, and informative, and often includes key details and quotes from the people involved.
Companies of any size can publish press releases. Whether you are a small startup, a medium-sized business, or a large corporation, press releases are a valuable way to communicate significant news, achievements, and announcements to the public and the media, and they support marketing and PR efforts at every stage of growth.
Press releases give the media and the public a direct, authoritative source of information. They help businesses control their narrative, announce important updates, and reach a wide audience quickly. Online, they also support SEO by improving your visibility in search results and driving traffic to your website, and they integrate easily with digital marketing such as social media sharing.

Every character you type is counted as is. Formatting tags (bold, links, and so on) are not counted.
A "current / limit" counter is shown below each field and turns red when you go over the limit. While any field is over its limit, the submit button is disabled. Once everything is within the limits, you can submit again. Typing itself is not blocked, so you can enter more than the limit, but you cannot submit in that state.

No. One credit publishes one press release in one country. Additional credits are required to distribute in multiple countries.
No. A monthly plan covers one country and allows a maximum of 30 press releases per month, with one press release per day. Each press release must also be relevant to the registered company, as irrelevant content is less likely to be picked up by journalists.
No. One account is associated with one company. Journalists tend to disregard news when the publisher's name does not match the content, which would hurt your credibility, so we do not permit changing an account to a different company.
Yes. Multiple users can belong to one company.
Our policy is one account per company, so that the publisher's name always matches the content of the press release. Journalists often skip news with such discrepancies, which reduces the effectiveness of your publications. We recommend creating a separate account for each client. See our guide on creating accounts for multiple clients:

Yes. VRITIMES maintains ongoing relationships with media outlets as well as individual journalists. When a journalist moves to a new publication, it can even extend your reach, as they may continue to use your content there.
We offer services to enhance your press release experience:

VRITIMES stands out in several ways:
Affordable pricing, reliable distribution, and these extra features make VRITIMES a preferred choice for businesses that want to grow their media presence.
Once your press release is distributed, each media outlet decides whether to publish it. Wider distribution increases your visibility and exposure, which benefits your media strategy.
Each outlet has its own web traffic, so we cannot provide specific page-view figures. We do include an estimated PR value in the release report to give you insight into the potential impact.
Each media outlet controls its own website and decides how long an article stays live. Press releases generally have a short lifespan, so it is best to treat them as part of a timely media strategy.
Please contact us via the chat widget and we will send you the list of guaranteed media outlets for your country.
We strongly recommend the language below for each country to ensure guaranteed publication:
Using the preferred language maximizes your chances of reaching the target audience effectively.
